Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Developing work force – interviewing and selecting candidates for vacant job
- Supporting new starters in their job roles passing them out
- Providing ongoing group or 1:1 supervision and team building workshops or meetings
- Supervising care and support coordinators across the service
- Supervise employee productivity, absence and provide internal processes for improved efficiency while adhering to legal guidelines
- Working with RM on setting, implementing and monitoring responsive practice standards by staff.
- Producing and maintaining quality audits trails on service delivery , staff development and healthy and services in the service and in practice with
- Being held accountable for the successes and challenges at operational level
- Working in multi-agency setting and creating a responsive approach that prioritise clients’ outcomes and quality of life
- Reviewing business continuity plans to ensure business sustainability and ability to timely resolve health and safety adversities
- Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency while adhering to legal guidelines
- Sourcing new business opportunities by targeting new markets or new demographics
- Monitoring and improving the quality of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Negotiating new contracts with our suppliers or customers on behalf of the company
- Working with finance team to ensure budgets improve the cost-efficiency of the business
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, policies, procedures and changing markets
Requirements:
- Understanding of regulatory compliance process- CQC, commissioners including safeguarding processes
- A confident driven, assertive and self-motivated personality.
- Good understanding of employment law and managing people skills
- The ability to build strong workforce and relationships with our providers, clients and other agencies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong ability with database and information systems software
- Experience in data analysis
