We are searching for a Care Manager who will effectively coordinate and monitor the care of our clients. The successful candidate will be motivated, hard-working and enjoy working and supervising a team of workers. The Care Manager must be possess attributes of being a natural leader who is organised and self driven to inspire staff to do their best in delivering the best possible care for our clients

Job role involves
- Being responsible for managing and coordinating care and support delivery.
- Supervising care coordinators and other office workers in their work
- Managing Rostering of staff and carrying out staff supervision and team meetings
- Supervising coordinator and other senior workers effectively monitor calls/visits
- Monitoring quality of assessments, staff documentation and admission of clients in the service.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care and respond to safe guarding.
- Reviewing care plans and updating risk assessments
- Carrying out spot checks with staff , auditing of quality of practice in meeting CQC and commissioners’ requirements
- Working closely with line manager to ensure safe delivery of care and undertake all operations activities.
- To ensure that daily written reports, events, service users care plans, recording changes of condition, events and visits from other professional practitioners are all done.
- Working with registered manager to recruit, induct new staff , identify and facilitate staff’s training needs
- Review skills and knowledge of team members and facilitate ongoing training and development
- Monitoring use of company vehicle and managing budgets – and use of other company assets and facilities.
Should have at least level 3 NVQ HSC training or at least working towards obtaining one
Be willing to undergo further training to enhance your knowledge and skills to perform your job.
At least 12 months Experience of care delivery and team leading in UK.
Have the ability to motivate and build a reliable and positive team of workers.
Be competent in using Microsoft office and computers.
